What personal information do we collect and how do we use it?
We collect your personal information directly from you when you choose to take part in a market research survey, interview, or focus group. This information may include your contact details, demographic information such as age, gender identity/preferred pronouns and geographic area, behavioural insight information such as commuting details, your views and opinions in relation to carpooling, and opinions in relation to TangoRide Inc. products. We may even ask for your consent to upload photos and feedback which would allow you to voice your opinions on using TangoRide products.
We will use information related to your use of TangoRide products to invite you to take part in survey and focus group activities and to ask for further details around your answers. In some cases, you may also be offered an incentive or the opportunity to enter into a prize draw for your participation. In such cases, we will use your information to provide you the incentive or run the prize draw.
We use your personal information to run surveys and focus groups via online questionnaires, in person interviews, phone interviews and to complete any follow up as agreed.
The personal information we gather through surveys, interviews and focus groups is used to generate market research and insight into specific topics of interest to TangoRide. For example, we may wish to gather customer feedback commuting sentiment or on product ease-of-use.
Who do we share it with?
We only share your personal information with trusted third-party partners who conduct surveys, focus groups, and prize draws on our behalf, or those who we partner with to reach new communities of carpoolers (this latter category of third-party partners, who are not directly involved in collecting and analyzing the data, receive only anonymized user data).

How long do we keep your personal information?
We retain your personal information for three (3) years after you have provided it to us, at which point it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
